Lew Feldman

Lewis G. Feldman is widely recognized as one of the nation’s leading real estate and infrastructure attorneys. During his career, Mr. Feldman has advised clients on more than $100 billion in complex transactions, spanning market-rate and affordable housing, master-planned communities, industrial facilities, entertainment centers, education campuses, retail malls, medical office and healthcare facilities, hotels and destination resorts, at-scale environmental remediation, military base reuse, transportation infrastructure, green building, and public-private partnerships.

Mr. Feldman earned his J.D. from King Hall at the University of California, Davis School of Law, where he served as Executive Editor of the UC Davis Law Review. He graduated with Highest Honors from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
